Hot Hatha yoga at the Blue uses an encouraging, helpful and adaptable approach to traditional yoga postures.
Through the use of breathwork, asanas and therapeutic infrared light, you will boost immune function, lymphatic system and promote physical strength & flexibility while fostering deeper levels of mental concentration. HOT VINYASA – Infrared Heat- Come flow with us in this high vibe, great music filled, faster paced, more intense yoga flow workout. Build strength, stamina, body, mind and spirit, striking a balance between flowing Vinyasa and longer holds of postures. Asana’s are linked with breath to facilitate opening and release. Intermediate level class, with some knowledge of yoga poses.
