We specialize in Hot Yoga and the practice of Traditional Hatha & Raja Yoga, utilizing a revolutionary and evolutionary integrative system developed in 2012 by Blue Buddha owner Karin Fellman.

Raja Yoga is a study of the human mind, becoming aware of its habitual tendencies, and ultimately transcending identification with the body, mind, intellect complex through meditation. The hatha yoga postures take us to this place where we experience the vast ocean of consciousness that we are.

We offer Synergistic Session styles, beneficial for all fitness levels. Therapeutic, accessible and adaptable, we encourage you to listen to your body and modify postures as needed to receive the same health benefits as others without increasing risk of injury.

We offer a variety of Therapeutic InfraRed Hot yoga sessions.  You’ll receive individualized attention from experienced teachers trained in our Integrative System in the practice of traditional Hatha yoga. – Mindful Movement – Alignment- Present Moment Awareness and Breathwork. THERAPEUTIC INFRARED HOT YOGA SESSIONS:

HOTBLUE HATHA

Traditional Hatha & Raja Yoga combine in this timeless practice. Beginner friendly, original sequence created by Blue Buddha owner Karin Fellman in 2012. This healing sequence is the mainstay class at the Blue and is also taught at several local studios in the valley and across the country. It is a culmination of the her many yoga trainings and 20 years of teaching yoga. The Blue Buddha Hot Yoga Integrative System utilizes asana, pranayama, (breathwork), integration and meditation to foster inner focus, physical healing and spiritual transformation.

HotBlue utilizes an encouraging, helpful and adaptable approach to traditional yoga postures.
Through the use of mindful breathwork, awareness, integration, asanas and therapeutic infrared light, you will boost immune function, lymphatic system and promote physical strength & flexibility while fostering deeper levels of mental concentration.

ALL LEVELS FLOW

 

Infrared Heat- Come flow with us in this fun, All levels, beginner friendly vinyasa session! Strike a balance between flowing Vinyasa and longer holds of postures. Asanas are linked with breath to facilitate opening and release. Excellent for everyone. We invite you to breathe, have fun and honor your body. 60 Min.

CORE STRENGTH FLOW

45 minute bodyweight resistance workout with a focus on glutes, chest, abs and core. Experience overall strength building and toning without the use of bulky weights. 

 Your core muscles are the powerhouse of your body, they provide stability, balance, and strength for everyday activities. A strong core will enhance your yoga practice and create healthy posture off the mat too.

Strengthen your core by combining traditional yoga and core-strengthening techniques. Move with your breath, build strength as you work your entire body and core, fostering overall body resilience and vitality.
