We specialize in Hot Yoga and the practice of Traditional Hatha & Raja Yoga, utilizing a revolutionary and evolutionary integrative system developed in 2012 by Blue Buddha owner Karin Fellman.
Raja Yoga is a study of the human mind, becoming aware of its habitual tendencies, and ultimately transcending identification with the body, mind, intellect complex through meditation. The hatha yoga postures take us to this place where we experience the vast ocean of consciousness that we are.

Traditional Hatha & Raja Yoga combine in this timeless practice. Beginner friendly, original sequence created by Blue Buddha owner Karin Fellman in 2012. This healing sequence is a culmination of the her many yoga trainings and 23 years of teaching yoga. Infrared Heat- Come flow with us in this fun, All levels, beginner friendly vinyasa session! Strike a balance between flowing Vinyasa and longer holds of postures. MAT PILATES
Join us for mat pilates taught by certified mat pilates instructors. High energy, low-impact workout that will give you 6-pack abs, build strength, improve flexibility, improve your posture and tones your muscles. Mat Pilates sessions in the InfraRed room at the Blue offer a series of controlled and precise movements that target the deep muscles of the core, as well as the arms, legs, and back. With a focus on breath and alignment, this session will help improve balance and overall physical performance. DEEP STRETCH YIN
Still want the benefits of Infrared heat but with the Peace Yin yoga brings? We have the class for you!. Deep Stretch Warm Yin is a blend of the style of heated yoga with the more meditative experience of yin yoga.
Practiced in a warm room from infrared heat but kept a bit cooler allowing your muscles to still receive the advantage of becoming less tight with the soothing help of warmth. 60 minutes
