VINYASA FLOW

Rise and shine in this inspiring VinYasa session as you flow continuously through sun salutations, working into approachable standing, apex and seated postures. Link breath with movement and build strength and endurance as you mindfully move to your edge of balance and flexibility.  Establish steadiness and ease, moving energy with the breath. Effortlessly relieve stress as you connect with your authentic self in a way that brings more ease and vitality to your day. 60 min.

HATHASOL

Enjoy the benefits of our original Hot Blue Hatha sequence which combines Hatha & Raja yoga creating a strong body, mind and spirit without the infrared heat.

This non heated session is great for all levels and includes sound therapy played in the background for improving wellbeing. These frequencies have existed since ancient times. They are a series of sound patterns believed to possess extraordinary properties that promote various health aspects from emotional healing, pain and stress relief, restoration, letting go of fear and guilt, relaxation, trauma healing, mental balance, detoxification of mind and body, nervous system and anxiety relief, increased positive energy and clarity. YIN & RELAX WITH Sound Healing

Reset your nervous system, calm your mind and indulge in tranquility and peace with Yin and Relax Sound Healing. 60 minute Yin Yoga + Sound Healing class-with  optional 15 minute extended relaxation.)

Yin Yoga stems from Taoism integrated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (very similar to acupuncture). The Yin practice explores how the Chi (life force energy) travels up the meridians in the body. Looking for sensation, not pain. We practice poses in a passive way in which the muscles can relax so we can get into the fascia, (the deeper connective tissue.)
We hold poses three to five minutes to support the body’s ability to attend to the connective tissue. Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice for freeing emotional residue and trauma from the body while at the same time igniting the parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system response.
The healing sounds of bowls will soothe you, raise your level of consciousness and carry you deeper into your practice. Combining these two modalities makes it easier to turn inward, focus on the breath while the sound waves wash over you, harmonizing body, mind and spirit.

NSDR-YOGA NIDRA and SOUND bath

 NSDR- Non sleep, deep relaxation –Yoga Nidra is the OG Method for deep relaxation and healing. It is an ancient sleep based meditation practice. Through the use of a series of breath, body and awareness techniques to drop below the thinking mind, into the feeling body to release trapped energy, unhelpful habits and behavior patterns to facilitate real change. It is also considered a Therapeutic Yoga technique for emotional integration and guidance.

Through intention setting or Sankalpa, the practice facilitates the ability to easily change your reaction patterns to help you let go go of past programming, helps with PTSD, anxiety, stress, pain, insomnia, depression and fibromyalgia. Yoga Nidra can also help you connect to your own Divinity/Source, increase productivity, creativity, help you to gain insights and inspiration and even to reconnect to loved ones who have passed.

Why is sound healing so beneficial? Everything is a vibration, and you tune your body like you tune an instrument. Different instruments are set to certain frequencies. Sound healing allows your body to heal itself by slowing down your brain waves, which affect every cell in your body, shifting them from dis-eased to being in ease.

The sound vibrations help to re “tune” the body, restoring harmony and peace throughout and also helps the brain reach deep relaxation – specifically the delta and theta brain wave states, which are the slowest, like when we daydream or are in deep sleep. They aid relaxation, creativity and natural healing.

The practice of yoga Nidra works best when supremely comfortable. Feel free to bring your own comfort items, ex: thicker yoga mat, comfy blanket, eye mask and or a small pillow to improve your experience .

Kundalini yoga & meditation, is the yoga of awareness. You’ll receive fast results in as little as 3, or 11 minutes.

YinNidra -Yin YOga + YOga Nidra

Reset Body Mind and Spirit 

Session begins with Yin Yoga and ends with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and sound healing therapy.

Yin postures are restful and held for longer periods of time to stretch. The longer, passive holds activate the parasympathetic nervous system for deep relaxation and go deeper into the connective tissues of the body known as fascia.
Benefits of Yin Yoga:

LITTLE BUDDHA YOGA

Yoga for Kids, Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy.

Yoga promotes breath awareness. By bringing awareness to our breath we increase focus, reduce stress and learn self-regulation techniques.
Yoga is creative. Yoga adventures promote creativity and critical thinking skills.
Yoga teaches us about our physical bodies. Through yoga postures we increase strength and flexibility, learn body awareness, coordination, improve fine and gross motor skills and learn healthy habits.
Yoga teaches us about teamwork. Yoga for children incorporates cooperative games that promote positive social interactions, communication, familial bonds and confidence.
Yoga shows us what it means to be present.                                                                                                                                            Meditation techniques enhance concentration, helps reduce stress, promotes focus, calms our body and mind and helps us arrive in the present moment.
Yoga teaches us to care for ourselves and others in a more mindful way. Yoga is a mindful practice that teaches self-awareness and non-violence towards ourselves and one another.
Yoga cultivates a peaceful sense of being. Through relaxation practices yoga provides the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate.
