Art- Meet our local artists

We are happy to bring recognition and showcase the talent of local artists and their crafts in our Artists nook.

Hi there, Blue Buddha Collect-ors! I’m Lisa.

By day, I roam Papago Park, canal banks, the Scottsdale greenbelt, and some very cute neighborhoods in Phoenix and Tempe, picking up interesting fallen branches and thinking about where I’m going to get my next latte.

By night, I follow recipes from Thug Kitchen and the Sunday New York Times, pass judgment on Bravo’s Real Housewives, and wrestle with twigs and twine on the living room floor.

I am thrilled that Arizona Branch is featured at Blue Buddha Collective.

The large branches installed on the ceiling ducts originated in Cave Creek and along the Arizona Canal near Scottsdale Silverado Golf Club. The longest one is 8 feet, and the largest one took about 30 hours to wind and tie.

Thank you for the opportunity!

We are thrilled to have Lisa showcase her original artwork throughout the studio!

Meet Savannah!

Hi I’m Savannah and I create dreamcatchers! I come from a family of artists. Growing up my hands were always covered in paint, glue and sparkles. My parents always encouraged me to be creative and I’m grateful for them. I love art in any shape or form, and often go through modes of creating.

My new focus is dreamcatchers. Finding the perfect fabric, beads and consistency is always a fun process I am also a henna artist and have been providing hennas since 2016,

I hope you enjoy my work.

Hey Blue babes! My name is Zara and I’m a self-taught stained glass artist from the East Coast – currently residing in Scottsdale, AZ. I started my artistic journey back in 2012 and have since dabbled in wire wrapping, silversmithing, and woodburning – until I found my passion for glasswork mid-pandemic.

I like to challenge the rules of glasswork and enjoy adding a modern twist to this beautiful old school artform. I feel so blessed Blue Buddha Collective has allowed me to showcase some of my work here, and I hope you all enjoy viewing it as much as I enjoy creating it!
