INTEGRATE TO ELEVATE METHOD

Hot Blue Hatha at the Blue is a dynamic sequence created by Blue Buddha owner Karin Fellman. It is a culmination of her twenty-year yoga journey and many yoga teacher trainings where she was blessed to study alongside some of the most influential gurus of our time. Bikram Choudhury, Mukunda Stiles, David Bercelli, Kamini Desai, Amrit Desai, Paul Grilley and Sangeet Kaur Khalsa.
Integrate to Elevate is a proven method of hatha yoga to experience whole health, health of mind, body and spirit.
Every yoga class releases trapped energy. The question is, where does it go and can we direct it?

By shifting the teaching focus from the willful or forceful aspect of Hatha yoga that she learned early in her yoga journey, Integrate to Elevate goes deeper to guide students to their own inner landscape; where stress and tension can be easily released without effort or strain. This subtle shift from Form (physical body) to Formless (Energy body) results in students feeling radiant, whole and complete .
The Blue’s Integrate to Elevate Method is designed to help students become aware and awaken the dormant energy that animates the subtle body but is concealed behind the gross human frame.
Through the awareness and observation of the lines of energy and third eye integration, students can easily enter this inner dimension of their asana practice while still creating a strong mind and physical body, resulting in a deeper, complete mind, body spirit experience.

“As we practice asana while simultaneously shifting our focus from form- (how it looks) to formless- (how it feels) we awaken our pure potential.”
“Hot Yoga is an off shoot of Hatha. I realized that in all the years teaching and practicing Bikram yoga, that it had a very strong physical and mental focus, one that I enjoyed in the beginning. It led me to the doorway within but the memorized teaching script which allowed for no modifications or further exploration, left me wanting more.

I was drawn to go beyond it into the spiritual realm; the energy body, and experience the divinity within. Through my own exploration of other styles of yoga, and developing a slower paced home practice including meditation and a genuine desire to find more meaning on the mat, I stepped through the doorway into the spiritual realm, to feel my connection to Source (God).
From my lifelong personal relationship with the greatest spiritual teacher – Jesus Christ and also learning from some modern day gurus like Eckhart Tolle and Amrit Desai, I was able to confirm and solidify what I was feeling in my own body. I began to teach with the confidence to guide students not only to the doorway but into the divine room. A place of liberation and freedom, a place free of stress, tension and judgement. A place that reminded me that I’m whole and complete right now. The Integrate to Elevate Method is stress relieving, liberating, empowering, complete and interconnected.” ~Karin

The true goal of yoga is self-realization and through the practice of  IEM, we access and move through the doorway that opens up through the physical practice and enter into the inner realm; the terrain of vortexes, channels, and pure energy of this vast inner landscape that is always available yet rarely experienced.
In this Divine space of peace and light students can begin to feel the life force within and embrace their true selves and the vast awareness within. Through this awareness the practice becomes an empowering, strong, radiant, interconnected and loving experience.
