At Blue Buddha, we’re the OGs of hot yoga. Our Hatha class is inspired by the foundations of Bikram yoga, with roots that go back to 2004 when our founder trained directly under Bikram. Over the years, we’ve refined and evolved the practice into a dynamic, 60-minute sequence designed to meet the needs of the modern yogi.

Consistency is key. All our teachers are dedicated to preserving the discipline of this practice, guiding you through the same intentional sequence for Hatha and Hot Vinyasa every time to help you build strength, focus, and inner calm.

invites you to experience meditation in motion. In the calming warmth of infrared heat, this practice blends traditional Hatha yoga with intentional breathing and mindful movement, helping you integrate body, mind, and spirit.

This original sequence created by Blue Buddha owner Karin Fellman in 2012, is the mainstay class at the Blue and is also taught at several local studios in the valley and across the country.

Blue Core Fit is where strength meets energy! This 45-minute bodyweight resistance class in invigorating infrared heat is designed to ignite your core, sculpt your body, and leave you feeling unstoppable.

Set to loud, upbeat music that keeps you moving, each sequence challenges your endurance and builds functional strength, with a laser focus on strengthening your core.
